TOPCLOUD FORET

이 프로젝트는 대지의 위치와 지역적 특수성을 고려하여 시작된 분양 프로젝트이다. 소비자적 시각에서 대지의 활용가치를 최대한 높이기 위해 시대적 주거형태, 환경, 서비스 시설 등의 통계적 분석을 기반으로 시작한 타운하우스이다.
공원이 감싸고 있는 대지의 형태와 지형, 자연 특성 등을 최대한 살리기 위해 건물의 배치에 있어서 3면의 개방성을 가지며, 대지에 대한 효율성을 높이고자 했다.
각각의 건물이 갖고 있는 정형화된 건축의 단조로움은 대지의 효과적인 사용과 더불어 시각적 피로함을 덜어내면서도 입면 재료 분할과 볼륨감 부여로 각도에 따라 형태적인 개성을 느낄 수 있도록 계획했다.
2층 발코니와 개방된 옥상 발코니는 거주자에게 풍부한 경관을 제공하고, 단독주택의 개방감과 합리적인 공간구성을 통한 도시적 기능을 조화롭게 갖춘 자연+도시의 도시생활을 만드는 것을 목적으로 했다.

This project is a sales project that began considering the location of the site and regional characteristics. This is a townhouse that was started based on statistical analysis of the residential type, environment, and service facilities of the time to maximize the use value of the land from a consumer perspective.
In order to maximize the shape, topography, and natural characteristics of the land that the park surrounds, the building was arranged to have openness on three sides and increase efficiency with respect to the land.
The monotony of the standardized architecture of each building was planned to relieve visual fatigue through effective use of the land, while allowing a sense of formal individuality depending on the angle by dividing the facade materials and adding volume.
The second floor balcony and open rooftop balcony provide residents with a rich view, and the purpose was to create a natural + urban urban life that harmoniously combines the openness of a single-family home with urban functions through rational spatial composition.
