해돋이도서관은 인천광역시 연수구 송도동 주택단지 옆에 조성된 송도해돋이공원 내에 위치해 있다. ‘책과 자 연의 공존’이라는 주제로 주민들이 도심에서 책과 함께 할 수 있는 커뮤니티가 되어, 쉬어갈 수 있는 하나의 공 간이 되고자 하는 의도에서 탄생한 곳으로, 영유아부터 노인까지 이용가능한 종합도서관이다. 1층은 어린이자 료실, 디지털 북카페, 유아방, 유아 휴게실 등이 있으며, 2층은 종합자료실과 공연장인 해돋이홀이 자리한다.
Sunrise library is located in the Songdo Sunrise Park which is constructed beside a collective housing area of Songdo-dong, Yeonsu-gu, Incheon. It was created to be a community thatthe resident can be with books in the middle of city underthe topic of'Co-existence ofbook andnature' andaplace underthe intention thatthe resident can take a rest, anditis a comprehensive library that everybody from infant to senior can utilize. On 1st floor, there are a children's library, a digital book-cafe, an infant's room and a resting room for infants, and on 2nd floor, a comprehensive materials room and a Sunrise hall locate.
