메종 드 엘리프 송산은 관광, 레저, 주거가 어우러진 복합 신도시 송산그린시티에 위치하고 있다. 단지 주변에는 수노을중앙공원, 안산갈대습지, 비봉습지공원, 세계정원경기가든 등 천혜의 자연환경이 풍부해 쾌적한 주거환경을 누릴 수 있는 장소성을 가지고 있다.

단지는 도시와 자연을 향한 조망과 향을 고려한 동 배치로 채광이 풍부하고, 세대별 필로티와 테라스를 적용해 개방감을 확보했으며 공간 활용도가 높다. 또 단지 주출입구에서 바로 진입할 수 있도록 지하주차장을 설치해, 지상에는 차 없는 보행 동선을 계획했다.
길을 따라 걷다 만나는 계절별 다양한 컬러와 질감을 고려한 테마 가든, 테마 숲, 상징목, 가로수길 등을 계획해 상쾌한 그린 라이프를 누리고, 순환형 산책로와 연계된 트랜디한 여가, 커뮤니티 공간, 휴게정원, 건강 산책로를 걸으며 즐거운 생활 라이프를 누리는 에코 힐링 공간을 구성했다.
수직적으로 구성된 각 세대의 1층은 현관을 제외한 모든 부분을 필로티로 계획해 캠핑공간, 운동공간, 툇마루 등 입주민들의 취향에 따라 다양한 삶의 공간으로 확장 가능하고, 개인 정원이 있어 화단, 텃밭 등을 가꾸며 소소한 일상을 만들어 갈 수 있다. 2층과 3층에 있는 주방과 침실에서는 층간 소음 걱정 없이 가족들과 즐거운 시간을 보낼 수 있다. 다락은 취미, 서재 등 다양한 공간으로 꾸밀 수 있으며, 테라스에 서면 송산의 멋진 자연환경을 누리며 감성 캠핑을 즐길 수 있다.
각 세대는 독립된 필로티 공간, 옥상과 연계된 다락과 테라스 구성으로 수직적인 다채로운 공간감과 리듬감을 부여해 주변 컨텍스트와 유기적인 모습의 경관을 볼 수 있다. 수직의 선으로 이루어진 면을 이용해 매스감을 형성했고, 다양한 다락의 형상과 다채로운 벽돌의 컬러를 이용해 각 세대별로 매스가 분리되도록 했다. 주변 환경의 색채를 담은 강조색과 자연소재 마감재의 적극적인 사용으로 주변과의 조화로운 연출을 계획했다. 

메종 드 엘리프 송산은 단지형 연립주택으로 정겨운 골목길 풍경 속에 안락한 정주 공간, 도시의 흐름과 자연의 흐름에 조화되는 깊이가 다른 차이로 새로운 삶의 시작을 함께 할 공간이 되기를 희망한다.

Maison de Elif Songsan is located in Songsan Green City, a new urban development that combines tourism, leisure, and residential facilities. The area boasts a rich natural environment, with attractions such as Sunoeul Central Park, Ansan Reed Wetland, Bibong Wetland Park, and World Garden Expo Park, providing a pleasant living environment.

The complex is designed with building placement that considers views and sunlight, ensuring ample natural light. Each unit features piloti and terraces to enhance openness and space utilization. An underground parking lot is installed for direct access from the main entrance of the complex, planning a pedestrian-friendly, car-free ground level.
The landscape design includes theme gardens, theme forests, symbolic trees, and tree-lined streets that reflect seasonal colors and textures, offering a refreshing green life. Residents can enjoy trendy leisure and community areas, rest gardens, and health trails connected to a circular walking path, providing ample opportunities for outdoor activities and relaxation. These features create a vibrant living environment where people can engage in enjoyable and eco-healing lifestyle activities.

Each unit is vertically structured, with the first floor planned as piloti spaces, excluding the entrance, allowing for diverse living spaces such as camping areas, exercise spaces, and traditional porches based on residents’ preferences. Residents can cultivate small gardens and vegetable patches in their private gardens. The kitchens and bedrooms on the second and third floors allow families to enjoy time together without worrying about noise between floors. The attic can be customized for hobbies or a study, and the terrace offers a great view of Songsan’s natural scenery for emotional camping experiences.

Each unit features an independent piloti space and a rooftop-attached attic and terrace, providing a vertical sense of space and rhythm that harmonizes with the surrounding context. The use of vertical lines creates a sense of mass, and the varied shapes of the attics and diverse brick colors ensure that each unit stands out individually. Emphasized colors and natural material finishes harmonize with the surrounding environment.
